All staff from reception onwards met us with a smile, have been very friendly and have treated us both with dignity and respect and empathy. We have only had an introductory meeting today and look forward to returning next week to discuss using some of your services. Thank you.

I haven't been able to speak to the doctor often enough. Patient sleepy and confused.

I have only been in the ward a day but have found the staff very attentive and caring. I have been made aware of the additional support available but at this point don't need any. Everyone is very kind and friendly.
